England Athletics have launched ‘Jump Start January’ – a campaign intended to encourage runners of all ages through the RunTogether platform.
The social focus of RunTogether is front and centre following new EA research that shows 3-in-10 non-runners could be converted to start running if they just had someone to run with.
RunTogether connects users with local running groups, led by qualified leaders, in a supportive environment.
