Disabled people make up 14% of the population, yet remain one of the most marginalised and excluded groups in society. From 2007 - 2013, disabled people's income fell by 29%, more than double that of non-disabled Londoners. Furthermore, they experience inequality across all areas of life. This manifesto brings together the key commitments London Disabled People's Organisations (DPOs) are asking London Mayoral candidates to address. It discusses the advancements that DPOs want in equality and independent living, accessible transport and inclusive education.
