Good to Great; CSP and NGB Delivery

An approach to improving CSP-NGB delivery (CSP delivery examples). Designed to encourage reflection and drive self-improvement in respect of CSP support to NGBs. It can be used by CSPs as an aide for reflection. It is a way to ensuring that opportunities to increase participation are being exploited. Core areas include: 1. Building strategic relationships and partnerships for the benefit of NGB delivery 2. Having a coordinated model for working with NGBs including an effective and aligned workforce 3. Understanding and using local knowledge and insight to guide NGB delivery 4. Providing effective support to NGBs that enables them to deliver and plan projects
